ZIM Adds a Call to Cai Mep Port in Vietnam to Its ZMP Service

04 January 2024

Haifa, Israel, January 4, 2024 - ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (NYSE: ZIM), announced today that its ZMP service, connecting Asia to the East Mediterranean, will now include an additional call at the Cai Mep Port in Vietnam. The updated rotation is as follows:

Pusan – Qingdao – Ningbo – Shanghai – Da Chan Bay – Cai Mep – Colombo – Haifa – Ashdod – Mersin – Derince – Istanbul – Da Chan Bay – Xiamen – Pusan

ZMP New route positions ZIM as the only major carrier to offer a direct call from Vietnam, one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing economies, to the East Mediterranean. Customers will benefit from competitive transit times and a reliable, committed service from ZIM.

As previously announced, and due to the current threat to safe transit of global trade in the Arabian and Red Sea, ZIM has implemented proactive measures to safeguard our crews, vessels, and customers' cargo. These measures may include operating the vessels on the safest and most secured routes, which may lead to extended transit times.
